Nebraska Logistics Council Presents Funds to Metropolitan Community College Foundation

NLC MCCF check presentation (1)Omaha, Neb. (April 26,2017) – The Nebraska Logistics Council recently presented $4,500 to the Metropolitan Community College Foundation. These funds are the final installment of the Nebraska Logistics Council $10,000 Endowed Scholarship for the Metropolitan Community College Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing and Logistics program.
“Through our annual golf event, we raise funds for scholarships. Through the generosity of our donors, we are pleased and honored to make the final installment of our endowed scholarship with the Metropolitan Community College Foundation,” said Pat Lodes, President of the Nebraska Logistics Council. “Two and one half years ago, the NLC announced an endowed scholarship with the MCC TDWL program. We are here today to announce that the scholarship has been fully funded almost two and a half years ahead of schedule.”
